A light amber West Coast IPA, with light citrus from the hops, a touch of pine and deep malty character. Clear and bright with a bitter backbone.
Mondo are a family-owned brewery, based in South West London. They take beer making seriously, even milling their own grain to make all their beer. Their foundation was to make American-style craft beer here in London, but since then they've taken in diverse influences, with an international team of American, British and German brewers all contributing to their unique range of beers.
