    We’re a social enterprise and we source from producers with the same values as us. We reinvest everything we make into the business. We support regenerative farming practices and strive for low food miles, minimal plastic and sustainability in everything we do.

    We have amazing, loyal friendly staff and we do our best to do as much for them as they do for us. We pay them London Living Wage, we take the time to train and develop them and promote from within.

Chilli Chan's knife cut noodles

These noodles are totally delicious. The sesame oil flavour is my favourite but the Szechuan is also great.

A Real Cheese Real Treat

I love Real Cheese Club; the surprise of it, the sense of decadence, the variety and the night off cooking. The selections are well thought out, covering a broad range and often with a pleasing element of seasonality. Quality is great, and importantly, the portions are good: we'll enjoy 2 or 3 meals per order, with the addition of some salad and bread, which is good value to my mind (and also encourages me to eat salad). It's also great to be supporting small producers making incredible and often overlooked products. We're happy customers, and would definitely recommend

Are your products locally sourced?

Yes, we prioritize local and regional suppliers to support our community. We believe in fostering strong relationships with local producers for a sustainable and thriving food ecosystem.

Do you offer local delivery for your hampers?

Of course!

We offer nationwide delivery for £5 and we deliver within 48hrs. Its free to collect in store (make sure you collect your nearest Good Food).

What is your policy on returns or exchanges for hampers?

We have a 14-day return policy on non-perishable goods, which means you have 14 days after buying an item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you bought it - unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
