Founded in 2018, Polly’s Brewery is an independent Welsh craft brewery known for producing fresh, hop-forward beers inspired by the bold, expressive IPAs of the US.
The brewery is based on Wheldon Farm in Wales, and takes its name from Polly — the horse that once lived on the site where the brewery now stands. A nice bit of pastoral charm, paired with seriously modern beer.

Who Knew? (6.6% IPA)
Polly’s most iconic beer. Brewed with Galaxy, Citra and Mosaic hops, it delivers ripe tropical fruit flavours with a soft bitterness and a juicy, satisfying finish.
Ficklefree IPA
Made with New Zealand hops, this citrusy, fruit-forward IPA is inspired by the very first beer Sean and Arron ever brewed. Bright, modern and incredibly drinkable.
Crystal Roses (Pale Ale)
A lighter, crisp pale ale with plenty of hop character and just enough bitterness to keep everything nicely balanced. Fresh, clean and very moreish.
