Good Food pays its staff the London Living Wage.
The London Living Wage is calculated independently to reflect the high cost of living in the capital - currently 26% above the national minimum wage. It's intended to give London workers and their family enough to afford the essentials and to save for the future.

We want all our staff to feel that they are appreciated and paid a fair wage. We believe that retail workers shouldn't be living hand-to-mouth and want great retail staff to feel they can build a career with us.
