Sam and Enri met while working at a Michelin-starred restaurant in London. They founded Hackney Gelato after touring of Sicily together and extracting gelato secrets from Enri’s godfather Franco. Since then the team of two has expanded to 20 and they now stock many small independents and some of the top restaurants in London.
All their products are carefully crafted and slow churned in their East London kitchen for dense, silky-smooth, intensely flavoured sorbettos and gelatos.
