It's Small Business Saturday tomorrow!
So if you're Christmas shopping this weekend, why not support a small business by buying your presents, stocking fillers or advent calendars from a local shop.
Small businesses are hugely reliant on Christmas - the revenue we make over the next two months has to support us for the rest of the year (a third of small businesses rely on Christmas for over 40% of their annual revenue).
It doesn't have to be this way though. We'd love to see a healthier highstreet and local businesses who are supported all year round, instead of relying on bumper Christmas sales.
It doesn't take much. If you're visiting us anyway why not buy eggs, milk or other staples from us instead of the supermarket - adding one or two items to your regular shop every week would take us from barely surviving to thriving.
