Staff First - Our staff always get first refusal of any bread we don't sell - needless to say you can count on us to have full freezer and great bread and butter pudding recipes!
Cooper's Redistribution - Cooper's Bakehouse will take back any unsold sourdough the next day and redistribute to food banks and homeless shelters.
Food Waste Apps - Finally any yeasted loaves we have left are made available on waste reduction sites Olio and Too Good To Go.
