It's root season, time to think beetroot, squash, jerusalem artichoke, celeriac, swede and parsnip.

Great comfort food in soups and stews, but if you need a bit more pep this winter season how about roasted root veg tacos, with chipotle salsa or chimichurri?

Warming and reviving in a coconut milk curry with our Payst and Rempapa pastes too.

Or make the most of the rainbow colours by grating them into a winter salad, or better yet fried up as a rosti - with a fried egg on top of course!
