A warming ritual in a jar. Whole crushed turmeric, lemon and ginger are fermented using Agua de Madre's water kefir grains for a vibrant, gut-friendly infusion — naturally rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, with the postbiotics that come from proper fermentation.
Just add hot water for a reviving brew when you're feeling under the weather, or use it as a punchy base for dressings and stir-fries.
