A classic Provençal-style tapenade made with naturally ripened black olives and a handful of well-judged additions.
Deep, savoury and softly textured, it’s built around the richness of the olives, with capers bringing a gentle sharpness and sun-dried tomatoes adding a subtle sweetness. Garlic and spice round it out, giving a balanced, umami depth rather than anything too punchy.
Spread thickly on toast, spoon alongside grilled vegetables or meats, or stir through pasta for something quick but full of flavour. One of those things that quietly makes everything better.

I love Real Cheese Club; the surprise of it, the sense of decadence, the variety and the night off cooking. The selections are well thought out, covering a broad range and often with a pleasing element of seasonality. Quality is great, and importantly, the portions are good: we'll enjoy 2 or 3 meals per order, with the addition of some salad and bread, which is good value to my mind (and also encourages me to eat salad). It's also great to be supporting small producers making incredible and often overlooked products. We're happy customers, and would definitely recommend
