A deep, fruity twist on the original ferment. Whole blackcurrants, lemon and ginger are fermented together using Agua de Madre's water kefir grains, for a tart, vibrant infusion that's naturally rich in vitamin C and antioxidants.
Stir into hot water for a comforting brew, splash over ice for something cooling, or mix into dressings, marinades and baking for a fruity, zingy kick.
