A refreshing, non-alcoholic aperitivo, bittersweet and herbal with a citrus twist. Made in small batches at Lannock Farm in Hertfordshire, where each batch is blended and infused for over a year — starting with British apple cider vinegar, then layered with orange zest, rosemary, thyme, gentian and wormwood, and rounded off with organic wildflower honey. No flavourings, essences or preservatives, just real ingredients given proper time.
Serve simply with tonic, or as a spritz with soda over ice and a generous wedge of orange — it also works brilliantly as a replacement for gin in any classic cocktail.
