Curry sauces made to the same recipes used in Gymkhana's two-star Michelin restaurant. This is the curry synonymous with their iconic Chicken Butter Masala — tomatoes slow-cooked with fenugreek and Kashmiri chillies until rich and velvety, finished exactly as it is at the restaurant's pass.
Perfect with chicken for the classic dish, or with pan-fried paneer for a vegetarian version.
