The garlicky, crispy chilli oil you'll put on literally everything — Eyan's mum's Taiwanese recipe, reinvented. Crunchy roasted garlic and slow-infused sunflower oil meet a proper Sichuan peppercorn tingle, made in small batches with zero MSG.
Spoon it on fried eggs, dumplings, pizza, avocado toast, or of course Chilli Chan's own noodles.

These noodles are totally delicious. The sesame oil flavour is my favourite but the Szechuan is also great.
