Made from punchy Picual olives picked early — October through November, while still bright green and rock-hard — for a super-fresh EVOO bursting with grassy, peppery flavour and healthy polyphenols. No blending, no chemicals, just great olive oil made the traditional way.
A punchy, fresh-tasting oil designed for giving a finishing touch to bread, pasta and salads.
