A mayo with proper depth. Free-range whole eggs and Dijon mustard meet a warm, smoky harissa blend of red pepper, chilli, paprika, cumin and cinnamon, with a touch of rose petal for something a little unexpected. Rich and gently spiced rather than fiery.
Brilliant swirled through roasted vegetables, spread on flatbreads, or served alongside grilled meat and fish. We also love it stirred into scrambled eggs for a proper weekend breakfast upgrade.
