Cocoa-rich hot chocolate made with natural Caribbean cocoa, British sugar and a pinch of sea salt. At 45% cocoa it’s deep and complex, with a jammy dark-fruit sweetness, a creamy body and a gently acidic finish. It’s a Great Taste Award winner.
Mix a heaped tablespoon into a paste with a splash of boiling water, then stir in warm milk. It also works well cold over ice, or stirred into milk for a quick mocha-style bake mix-in.
