A proper tin of Iberian sardines, caught in season by small boats off the Gulf of Cádiz and the Algarve. La Narval process every fillet by hand, cooking them gently in water and salt before packing in olive oil.
Firm and juicy, with exceptional, vibrant flavour that holds its texture rather than falling apart in the tin — sardines that taste like someone cared about the catch.
Pile them onto hot toast or through a sharp salad. Barely needs anything else.
