The original Remedio blend, and a firm favourite. Whole crushed lemon and ginger are fermented together using Agua de Madre's water kefir grains, for a zesty, fiery infusion that's naturally rich in vitamin C and antioxidants.
Stir into hot water for an invigorating tea, splash over icy water, or use in marinades, dressings and baking for bold, zingy flavour.
