Mayonnaise done the proper way. Made with free-range whole eggs and a good dollop of Dijon mustard, this is thick, silky and rich, with just enough lemon and white wine vinegar to keep it bright rather than heavy. No shortcuts, no fillers — just classic mayo at its best.
Spread it thick on a sandwich, dollop it next to a plate of chips, or fold it through a potato salad. We also love it as the base for a quick homemade dressing — whisk in a splash of vinegar and some fresh herbs and you're done.
