Small batch fermented hot sauce made in Peckham. Habanero chillies, yellow peppers and British peach are fermented together with coriander, mustard seeds and black pepper for a fruity, tangy kick with wonderfully refined heat — no added sugar, no thickeners, no additives.
Pair with grilled halloumi, tacos, or stir into salad dressings for something a little different.
