For anyone who thinks mayo could always do with a bit more bite. This one takes the same rich, free-range egg base and folds through gherkins, dill and garlic, finished with a sharp hit of malt vinegar. Tangy, punchy and properly moreish.
Non-negotiable on a fish finger sandwich, but we also love it slathered on a burger, spooned onto a jacket potato, or served alongside battered fish and chips for dunking.
