A more considered take on a classic digestive. These wholegrain rye biscuits are made in small batches in Puglia using stone-ground organic grain.

Crisp and lightly sweet, with a deeper, slightly toasted flavour from the rye, they lean more savoury than standard digestives. The texture is firm and hearty, with a clean finish that makes them easy to keep coming back to.

Equally good with butter and jam, alongside cheese, or simply with a cup of tea. Straightforward, well-made, and quietly versatile.

Ingredients

Wholegrain rye flour (approx. 44%),
corn and malt barley syrup,
cold-pressed sunflower oil,
oat flakes,
raising agent (sodium bicarbonate),
salt.
