These pitta breads are enriched with a naturally fermented sourdough starter for a delicious, fluffy wrap with a gentle tang and pillowy interior. Made in Greece to traditional Mediterranean recipes and baked in small batches, giving the flavour time to properly develop.
Just begging to be stuffed with falafel, houmous, grilled lamb or roast aubergine — once you've tried sourdough pitta, it's hard to go back.
