Too hot for you? A spoon of yoghurt, a fried egg, or a splash of black vinegar takes the edge off — or lean in and add a spoon of Crispy Chilli Oil.

These noodles are totally delicious. The sesame oil flavour is my favourite but the Szechuan is also great.
