Handmade in small batches by four Gujarati sisters, based on family recipes, this Great Taste 2020 Award-winning sauce balances the deep, earthy flavour of fenugreek with the sweetness of ground pomegranate.
Great with chicken, pulses and vegetables, or give new life to leftovers — it's also fantastic fried off with lamb or beef mince for a quick keema.
