What We Stand For

We are a social enterprise crowd-funded by over 350 local residents and businesses. We have two stores in South London: one in Catford and one in Sydenham.

  • Good Community

We believe that independent shops are the lifeblood of a community. We champion small businesses and local producers. We offer local products made by South East London residents, employ from within the community and serve our customers with respect and a smile.

  • Good Ethics

We’re a social enterprise and we source from producers with the same values as us. We reinvest everything we make into the business. We support regenerative farming practices and strive for low food miles, minimal plastic and sustainability in everything we do.

  • Good People

We have amazing, loyal friendly staff and we do our best to do as much for them as they do for us. We pay them London Living Wage, we take the time to train and develop them and promote from within.

Good Food FAQs

Are your products locally sourced?

Yes, we prioritize local and regional suppliers to support our community. We believe in fostering strong relationships with local producers for a sustainable and thriving food ecosystem.

Do you offer local delivery for your hampers?

Of course!

We charge £4.95 for London next day delivery, which covers all addresses within the M25. Alternatively, nationwide delivery is £9 and we deliver within 48hrs. Its free to collect in store (make sure you collect your nearest Good Food).

What is your policy on returns or exchanges for hampers?

We have a 14-day return policy on non-perishable goods, which means you have 14 days after buying an item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you bought it - unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
