Handmade in small batches by four Gujarati sisters, based on family recipes, this Great Taste Award-winning sauce uses the local ingredients of Gujarat for a subtle sweet and sour flavour that works equally well as a curry sauce, marinade or BBQ sauce.
Goes brilliantly with paneer, prawns and meat, or use it to give new life to leftovers — it makes a fantastic marinade for flame-grilled chicken, or a punchy alternative to ketchup on your chips.
