Tamarind brings a gentle, fruity sharpness, balanced by warm spices — cinnamon, clove and cardamom — alongside lemongrass and galangal for depth and fragrance. Fry to release the aromatics, then add coconut milk, vegetables or your choice of protein for a full, well-rounded curry or a deeply flavoured nasi goreng.

These noodles are totally delicious. The sesame oil flavour is my favourite but the Szechuan is also great.

I love Real Cheese Club; the surprise of it, the sense of decadence, the variety and the night off cooking. The selections are well thought out, covering a broad range and often with a pleasing element of seasonality. Quality is great, and importantly, the portions are good: we'll enjoy 2 or 3 meals per order, with the addition of some salad and bread, which is good value to my mind (and also encourages me to eat salad). It's also great to be supporting small producers making incredible and often overlooked products. We're happy customers, and would definitely recommend
