A deeply aromatic spice paste inspired by the bold, everyday cooking of Mamak food stalls in Singapore and Malaysia.
Curry leaves and roasted cumin lead, giving a warm, nutty depth, layered with tomato, garlic and chilli for a savoury, gently spiced base. Fry to release the aromatics, then add coconut milk, lentils or your choice of protein for a rich, satisfying curry or dal.

These noodles are totally delicious. The sesame oil flavour is my favourite but the Szechuan is also great.

I love Real Cheese Club; the surprise of it, the sense of decadence, the variety and the night off cooking. The selections are well thought out, covering a broad range and often with a pleasing element of seasonality. Quality is great, and importantly, the portions are good: we'll enjoy 2 or 3 meals per order, with the addition of some salad and bread, which is good value to my mind (and also encourages me to eat salad). It's also great to be supporting small producers making incredible and often overlooked products. We're happy customers, and would definitely recommend
